Tenshi Ichibu, a dimensional angel, the embodiment of mercy and kindness, has the appearance of a mere child boy, but is universally intelligent and wise. Tenshi is immortal, he can negate all damage and counter any impurity or negativity to ever exist, and he is the nicest and friendliest even to enemies. Tenshi's power is Energy Manipulation, he can control any type of energy, he himself holds a different pure energy. Tenshi Ichibu can be considered one of the most powerful beings ever.
