The fastest thing alive in his world, has defeated gods, and even killed the embodiment of death (or atleast one of its incarnations). He can use the chaos emeralds to use special abilities, and if he has enough ring energy and all 7 emeralds, he can transform into his super form, the Zen-ohs restored the power he used to defeat death in one dimension
NPC: Son Goku
One of the strongest saiyans still alive, has access to super saiyan 1-3, can use god ki to access his super saiyan god form, and can use god ki with super saiyan 1 to enhance it to super saiyan god super saiyan, or super saiyan blue for short
